ये फिल्म 1992 में हुए भारतीय स्टॉक मार्केट के सबसे बड़े स्कैम के आरोपी हर्षद मेहता पर बेस्ड है. हर्षद मेहता का स्टॉक मार्केट में बड़ा नाम था. हर्षद ने कई फाइनैंशल क्राइम को अंजाम दिया था. जिसके चलते उसे अरेस्ट भी किया गया था.इस फिल्म में दिखाया गया है कि कैसे 1990 और 2000 के बीच जो शेयर मार्केट में स्कैम हुआ था और उसने पूरे फाइनेंशियल मार्केट को हिलाकर रख दिया था.
इस फिल्म का निर्देशन कूकी गुलाटी कर रहे हैं और अभिषेक इसमें मुख्य भूमिका निभा रहे हैं.फिल्म में एक ऐसे आदमी की कहानी को दिखाया गया है, जिसने भारत को सपने बेचे. इस फिल्म को अजय देवगन और आनंद पंडित प्रड्यूस कर रहे हैं. जबकि फिल्म का निर्देशन कुकी गुलाटी ने किया है.
